How many years has Woodley been in operation?
Woodley Equipment Company has been in operation since 1989.
Are staff trained on new and/or updated processes?
Yes, all our staff are trained annually to review and update any processes that have been updated or amended. Whenever new processes are rolled out, training is carried out straight away to all parties involved.
Do you have a Quality Management System (QMS)?
Yes we have a QMS in place. This consists of all the elements required of an ISO 9001:2015 company, for example a Quality Procedures Manual, Scope Document, Master Risk Register, Process Flows along with a program of Internal and External Audits, CA/PA management, regular management meetings, Document Control and training needs analysis.
Do you record phone calls?
